You know you’re in for a challenge when you are set the task of creating an interesting image in a storage box warehouse of a food supply company. Having lovely people like Nicola Lando and Nick Carter to work with helps. They knew I was coming and expected fun(?)….. or shall we say something different. ‘The Sous Chef’ were the winners of “Best Independent Retailer” at the Observer Food Monthly awards this year, which was well deserved I can say, after having a rummage in their warehouse. I also got to leave home with some truffle flavoured crisps and ‘salted chocolate covered liquorice balls’. The latter I was skeptical to at first but my oh my – they created a freakin’ party in my mouth!!!!
