The London born girl Dina Asher-Smith holds the British record for 100 meters and 200 meters sprint and is the only woman in Britain to have run 100 meters under 11 seconds. She’s racked up a few medals and has no time to sit around. Her History degree at King’s College is taking up all the time when she’s not training.
These photo shoots can be looked upon in two opposing ways. One would be that it’s using valuable time that could be spent on homework or training, or it could be considered to be a break from the mundane, something fun and relaxing. I definitely got the impression that Dina considered the shoot as being the latter, unless she was just too polite to let it show otherwise.
Her strength was evident in the toned arms and legs, a body that cannot hide the amount of work it’s taken to get to where she’s managed to get to at the young age of 21. I have of course got the same tonal muscles, but hide it very well…. VERY well.
